1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Advance Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service (like errand running, tech help, or home checks), please let us know at least 48 hours in advance via phone, email, or text. We'll happily issue a full refund or credit toward a future service—no questions asked.

  • Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: For cancellations within 48 hours, we may retain a 50% fee to cover preparation time and scheduling impacts. If no fee was prepaid, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

  • No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled appointment without notice, the full-service fee is non-refundable, but we're always open to discussing rescheduling options.

2. Refunds for Services

  • Prepaid Services Not Rendered: If we've collected payment in advance (e.g., deposits for bundles like our Senior Support Suite) and the service isn't performed due to our error or mutual agreement, you'll receive a full refund within 7 business days.

  • Completed Services: Once a service is fully delivered (e.g., a completed home organization session or errand run), refunds are not available. However, if you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours—we'll do our best to make it right, perhaps with a complimentary follow-up or adjustment.

  • Partial Services: If a service is interrupted (e.g., due to weather for outdoor pet errands), we'll prorate the fee and refund the unused portion promptly.

3. Deposits and Bundles

  • Deposits for recurring bundles or seasonal packages (e.g., Vacation Peace-of-Mind) are non-refundable but can be applied as credit if canceled with 48 hours notice.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for abusive requests or violations of our service agreements (e.g., no-show patterns).

  • In line with South Carolina law, if no policy is posted, refunds may be available within 10 days for applicable transactions, but we always aim to exceed expectations with clear communication.

  • Force majeure events (e.g., severe weather) may affect services; we'll offer rescheduling or prorated refunds as appropriate.
